    Description

    Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee all aspects of access/scaffolding, insulation, and painting on-site within the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operations, safety, quality, planning, commercial aspects, and personnel to ensure the successful execution of projects and maintenance.

    Position Info:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in access/scaffolding, insulation, and painting within Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects / maintenance.
    • Proficient in managing Unit Rate Contracts and commercial aspects from tender to invoice to claims.
    • Demonstrated ability to control costs, manage budgets, and optimize revenue streams.
    • Strong background in managing safety, quality, planning, quantity surveying, site administration, stores, workshops, and on-site operations.
    • Sound knowledge of labour relations and employment law, with the ability to foster positive working relationships.
    • Experience in managing both maintenance and project-based activities.
    • Proven track record in business development, including identifying opportunities and cultivating client relationships.
    • Ability to oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to project timelines and specifications.
