    Description

    Main Objective of the Position:

    Ensuring quality standards by constantly assessing and reporting employee performance. Ensuring compliance with quality, customer, and regulatory standards. Identifying opportunities for employee growth and training.

    Responsibilities:

    • Confirm accuracy of information provided by Agents.
    • Ensure sales comply with regulations.
    • Verify disclosure of all necessary information.
    • Customer-centric approach;
    • Strong analytical abilities;
    • Effective interpersonal skills;
    • Active listening skills;
    • Goal-oriented with emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction;
    • Proficiency in African languages is required;
    • High school diploma or equivalent;
    • Minimum 1 year experience in a call center environment;
    • Experience in FAIS, Compliance, or Quality Assurance;
    • Exceptional time management;
    • Attention to detail;
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
    • Strong analytical and listening skills;
    • Goal-oriented with emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction;
    • Proficiency in African languages is required;
