This role involves assisting the ERM Libryo Content Team in the further development of USA content, focusing on environmental and health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting research into regulatory law in North American States, counties, and cities.
• Identifying relevant statutory instruments and applicable titles and sections.
• Applying metadata to regulatory text or annotating legal texts.
• Analyzing law to identify detailed requirements, applicability, assessment criteria, and other pertinent information.
• Collaborating with the Content Director and other Content Developers in the North American team.
• Fulfilling any other reasonable tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and a minimum of 4 years of experience in regulatory analysis within the EHS domain. They should be well-versed in legislation, excel in a deadline-driven environment, demonstrate initiative, be tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills in English. This position reports to the ERM Libryo Content Director in North America, with a remote-first working policy. The contract duration is 9 months from the start date.
