I am a hard working individual who loves to work in environments where I have to think creatively to solve problems. I work well with any manner of individual. I am able to take instructions well and also have the ability to delegate work to team members and colleagues.

I work well independently, but I think I work the best when working with others. I have various skills relating to the Microsoft office environment as well as Google educational software. This includes video editing skills and troubleshooting everyday problems relating to the workplace. 

I have more than 15 years of experience in the educational sector, having taught teenagers as well as adults. I have helped develop educational resources and helped manage content on a learning management system like Moodle. I have worked with various professionals and also successfully delivered projects in my educational district, that was run by head office colleagues in Cape Town.

I am an ethical individual and I can be relied on to complete tasks with integrity and honesty.

I have worked well with Teams.  As a project facilitator I could promote open communication, active listening, and constructive feedback, enhancing team dynamics.  Meetings and Workshops. As a Facilitator, I plan, organize, and lead meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions. Conflict Resolution. When conflicts arise within the project team, I help mediate and resolve situations that can prevent the project from being delayed / restored. I ensure that conflicts are addressed constructively to maintain a positive team atmosphere. Documentation. I assist in documenting project activities, decisions, and action items. This documentation helps maintain a record of project progress and aids in everyone's accountability. Process Improvement. I encourage continuous improvement by evaluating project processes and identifying areas where efficiency can be enhanced. Stakeholder Engagement. I help manage relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and end-users. As a facilitator I ensure that stakeholders are informed, engaged, and satisfied with project outcomes. Risk Management. I am able to assist in identifying and assessing project risks. I'm able to work with the team to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Resource Coordination. I often collaborate with site managers to ensure that necessary ICT resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials, are available when needed. Adaptability. I see myself as adaptable and flexible, as I often work on a wide range of projects across various circuits. I am able to quickly understand the specific needs and challenges of each project. Communication Skills. Effective communication is something that I do well. I can convey complex ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally. Neutrality. I can sometimes remain neutral and impartial, ensuring that all team members have an equal opportunity to voice their opinions and contribute to decisions, however, it is difficult working with various personalities and employee statuses. Training and Development. In some cases,  I provide training and coaching to team members to improve their collaboration and project management skills.
