- Office Cleaning and maintenance: Perform daily cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, vaccumming, mopping and sanitizing all areas of the office, including workstations, common areas and restrooms. Monitor and replenish cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed. Ensure all areas of the office are clean, safe and presentable for employees and visitors.
- Waste Management : Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from designated areas, ensuring compliance with waste disposal regulations and company policies. Manage waste receptables, including replacing liners and cleaning bins as necessary
- Office Organization : Maintain organization and orderliness in the office by arranging furniture, equipment and supplies as needed. Assist with Inventory equipment, including receiving and distributing office supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Administrative Support: Provide general Administrative support to office staff, including reception support and answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail and deliveries. Assist with scheduling meetings, booking appointments and coordinating travel arrangements as needed. Assist with document preparation, photocopying, and filing to support administrative needs of the office. Provide reception support.
- Facilities Maintenance: Report any Maintenance issues to repair needs to the appropriate personnel and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and minor repairs.
- Matric or equivalent.
- Previous Experience in custodial or Customer Service
- Strong attention to details and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
