    Description

    Hire Resolve is a leading recruitment agency based in South Africa with a focus on placing qualified professionals in various industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our client's team.

    The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in production management and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee the production process from start to finish
    • Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to production schedules
    • Maintain and improve quality standards
    • Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions as needed
    • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
    • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
    • Maintain accurate production records and reports
    • Manage and develop production staff

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management
    • Strong leadership and managerial skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Knowledge of production processes and quality standards
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Relevant degree or diploma in a related field
