    Description

    Job Title: Deutschsprachig | German Speaking Part-time Personal Assistant (Remote)

    Start Date: As Soon As Possible

    Location: South Africa

    Job Type: Part Time | Remote

    Salary: Market-Related


    Requirements

    • Fluency in German and English (Written & Spoken)
    • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
    • Proficiency in using Google Suite and Asana
    • Experience with CRM software or similar platform (advantageous)
    • Experience with accounting software is required (Zoho Books is an advantage)
    • Remote Position (Need to be able to work during load shedding).
    • Flexible hours

    Responsibilities

    • Scheduling & coordination of meetings
    • Scanning and assessing received emails
    • Cleansing and administration of the Google Drive
    • Cleansing and administration of Asana tasks and projects
    • Accounting and booking of payment flows in Zoho Books
