Job Title: German Speaking Claims Handler (Insurance)

Job Type: Full Time | On-site

Salary: R19 000 per month + Benefits

Working hours: 09h00 – 17h00 Monday to Friday

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Certificate of Higher Education
• Previous experience in call/assistance centres is desirable but at least in telephone customer services
• South African ID or South African Permanent Residency Holder
• German speaker with professional fluency – level B1 or higher
• Strong computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Claims services.
• Replying to incoming email enquiries
• Communication & claims processing arrangements for medical and travel insurance claims.
• Efficient claims handling including data entry and invoice assessment.
• Provide friendly and outstanding customer service
• Respond to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Work efficiently in a multilingual and multicultural team
