- 3+ years of experience in the design industry, preferably within a marketing or agency environment
- German proficiency will be highly beneficial
- Mastery of industry-standard design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (and potentially After Effects for basic animation)
- Solid understanding of design principles: composition, colour theory, typography, layout, and user experience (UX) best practices
- Strong branding and identity development skills: ability to maintain brand consistency across various marketing materials
- Experience in Shopify Design - hugely beneficial
- Creative vision: Translate abstract concepts into visually impactful designs that resonate with the target audience
- Collaboration & communication: Effectively communicate design ideas, collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, and incorporate feedback constructively
- Adaptability & flexibility: Embrace diverse design styles, project requirements, and readily adapt to new trends and technologies
