- Identify and rank existing and new customers based on their business potential.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers through confidence and trust.
- Set up and maintain a customer call plan to generate ongoing inquiries.
- Execute call plans, service existing customers, and follow up on new opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance to ensure targets and margins are achieved.
- Prepare and maintain product presentations.
- Attend marketing and sales functions as required.
- Manage communications between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Carry out after-hours on-call duties.
- Understand power transmission formulae and use it for equipment selection.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of company products and selection criteria.
- Carry out site meetings to evaluate applications and solve operating problems.
- Carry out necessary calculations for equipment sizing and selection.
- Carry out on-call duties for after-hours backup and breakdowns.
