I am a highly passionate, articulate, motivated and a determined twenty-seven year old female. I am an ambitious and a positive person who has matured through life experiences and challenges brought before me. I have grown and developed through the art of listening and learning, never giving up, learning from my mistakes, making failure a steppingstone, focusing more on solutions rather than problems and most importantly my willingness to grasp, manage and perfect any task given to me. My ability and eagerness to improve my personal and professional skills, is consistently being demonstrated by show casing team work, efficiency, confidence and optimism which is helping to accelerate my journey to success. I am 100% geared up to take on my next challenge as a young professional and engage with brilliant minds and in the process gain as much knowledge and professional working experience as I possibly can. The world is populated with individuals that will succeed as per their own definition and those that will fail as per their own definition.  What separates the two kinds of people is the willingness to internalise traditional education, education from one’s experience or education from other people’s experience. With this being said, having studied law and knowing that I did not want to be a practising attorney, joining the Broad based Black Economic Employment compliance industry was the best decision I have ever made for my career.  I have nourished my leadership and management skills as well as business administration. I have grown a profound passion for the transformation, skills development, and employment equity space and know that I have gained so much valuable knowledge in this area of law but most importantly I am aware that I have so much more to gain and the latter is what really excites me the most about my developing career.

LANGUAGE CONSULTANT- Callforce/TutorABC

Responsibilities as follows:
-English Language Consultant teaching the English Language to Asian people remotely/virtually.

JUNIOR CONSULTANT- ECONOBEE 
February 2019 – September 2019
Responsibilities as follows:
-Learning about the BBBEE Codes of Good practise and sector Codes.
- Data processing for all elements on the BBBEE codes and scorecards and setting targets for clients to be BBBEE compliant. 
- Scheduling and attending meetings. 
- Conducting meetings and verifications for BBBEE certifications. 
- Courtesy calls to clients for the best service delivery and value-added services for clients. 
- Phone suppliers requesting for their B-BBEE certificates

Responsibilities as follows:
- Comprehensive understanding of the B-BBEE Codes and all associated elements 
- Understanding the implications and scope of B-BBEE within the client environment and operations. 
- Presentations on B-BBEE, Employment Equity & Skills development 
- Engagement with senior or executive employees within various organisations
- Able to design and implement strategic work and identify new opportunities. 
-Engaging with enterprise and supplier development beneficiaries and setting up programmes for this element.
-Analysing reports for gaps on the scorecard and targeted points on the BBBEE elements.
- Able to manage multiple projects and accountability for the outcomes of those project.

- Attending internal management meeting and strategizing for better company working procedures and processes to follow within the company.

Responsibilities as follows:
-The in-depth analysis and auditing, validation and ultimate verification/ Auditing of Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment and development claims presented to the firm completed hand in hand with a senior reviewer/ technical signatory of the firm and the issuing of the final verified BBBEE Certificate in alignment with SANAS regulations.

SENIOR BBBEE RETAINER SPECILIST/MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT– SMITHBEE CONSULTANTS

Responsibilities as follows:
