    Description
    We require a committed, hardworking and motivated individual to join our Security team as a Security Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for the supervision of Security Supervisors and Security Officers.

    The Security Manager will be responsible for:

    • Management and posting of Security staff at all client sites
    • Ensure efficiency and productivity of Security Staff, including Security Site Managers, Supervisors and Officers
    • To ensure that security employees conduct is professional and above reproach in terms of behaviour, dress, service, etc.
    • See that company rules, procedures and policies are adhered to Ensuring that discipline is enforced Manage security contractors Risk assessment Ensure maintenance of security equipment Liaising daily with management on various operational issues Formulate disciplinary actions Submitting relevant weekly / monthly incident and general reports to Management Investigating incidents and reporting on such Other personality attributes: Assertiveness Initiative Strong leadership ability Willing to work irregular hours and overtime.
    In good health and physical stature. Be trustworthy and honest. Ability to take responsibility
    • Grade 1
    • Security management
    • At least 10 years' experience in the security industry.
    • At least 5 years' experience in the Operational Security Management structure
    • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
    • A Grade PSIRA
    • Bilingual
    • Presentable
    • Flexi hours
    • To start as soon as possible
    • Valid Driver's License required
    • Own Transport
    • Staff management experience is required.
    • Computer literacy with expert knowledge of the complete Microsoft package
    • No criminal record or any pending cases
    • Firearm competencies (Business purpose)
