Job Advert Summary:

As the Information Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the information security program within our organization.

You will play a critical role in safeguarding our digital assets, protecting sensitive information, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc are highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in managing information security programs in complex environments.
Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and cloud technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience in building and leading highperforming teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make datadriven decisions.
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance) is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the organization's information security strategy aligned with business objectives.

Policy Development: Create, review, and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and prioritize security risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Incident Response: Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and recovery.

Security Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness of security policies and best practices among employees.

Vendor Management: Assess and manage security risks associated with third-party vendors and service providers.

Security Architecture: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls and architectures.

Security Operations: Manage security operations, including monitoring, logging, and security tool management.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of information security professionals.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging threats and technologies, and continuously improve the organization's security posture.
