    Description

    Are you a recent graduate eager to gain valuable workplace experience? We have a fantastic job position open as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant.     Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Source and market quality candidates from our job portals.
    • Source candidates for suitable vacancies.
    • Work specs received from clients.
    • Business development of new clients that have recruitment needs.
    • Dealing with client communications like interview scheduling and offer negotiations.
    • Marketing of adverts on LinkedIn.
    • Updating various platforms and software implemented to streamline processes and keep track of tasks.

    Requirements

    • Completed Degree or 3-year Diploma from a reputable University in a relevant field
    • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong team player
    • Goal-oriented and deadline-driven
