    Description

    Job Title: Contingency Recruitment Consultant

    Location: Table View

    Salary: Commission Driven from R50 000-R per month

    West Coast Personnel is seeking an experienced contingency recruitment consultant with min 15 years work experience to join our team in Table View, Cape Town.

    You need:

    • to be as a seasoned salesperson
    • a keen sense of business acumen
    • and have a proven track record in cold calling.

    You will be responsible for servicing clients and placing candidates at companies, making this a commission-driven role.

    To be successful in this position, you will:

    • have exceptional people skills and
    • be able to judge character effectively.
    • have a strong work ethic, resilience, and be able to work independently, and as part of a team.

    Having managed people before will benefit.
