    Over the last decade, Webrepublic has grown from an ambitious startup into Switzerland's leading digital agency. Recently, Webrepublic launched a subsidiary in South Africa, working hand in hand with our HQ in Switzerland. Our team in Cape Town has expanded, and we are now seeking a Digital Analytics Consultant to elevate our local presence into a large-scale operation.

    As a Digital Analytics Consultant you will be responsible for delivering valuable insights to our clients. You will initiate and execute complex projects related to web and app tracking implementations and digital marketing performance optimisation. In order to support our clients in these initiatives you will be collaborating with our digital analytics consultants, data scientists, as well as our business development and digital marketing teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Analytics, your duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

    • Planning, onboarding, and managing digital analytics projects.
    • Designing, implementing and maintaining digital analytics architectures.
    • Implementing marketing technologies through tag management solutions.
    • Supporting clients in translating business goals into robust measurement plans and KPIs.
    • Setting up reporting systems and dashboards.

    Qualifications and Skills

    As an ideal candidate, you must have the following:

    Experience and educational background

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
    • a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital analytics and data-driven decision-making
    • Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)

    Technical competencies

    • Client-side and server-side tag management solutions (GTM, Adobe Launch, ...)
    • Digital analytics solutions (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Piwik, Matomo, ...)
    • Programming languages ( JavaScript, SQL, Python, ...)
    • Reporting and data visualisation solutions (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, ...)
    • Consent management platforms (OneTrust, Usercentrics, Google Consent Mode, ...)
    • Data warehouse solutions (Google BigQuery, Firestore...)
    • Project and client management skills
