Responsibilities:

Assist the Head of Marketing in the management of strategic Marketing and Customer Relationship activities
Drive brand consistency across all channels, campuses, and events both internally and externally
Have an indepth understanding of a range of communication channels (ATL, digital channels, including paid search, SEO, PPC, social as a media channel, inbound, digital DM, etc.) in order to ensure consistent and effective brand tone and execution
Have an understanding of the target audience's needs and behaviour
Strategic Reporting and Analysis
Assist in strategically analysing and reporting on Marketing initiatives to inform business opportunities
Analyse customer data and insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyse research in order to identify opportunities
Staying current on market trends and competitive activity
Assisting in managing brand budgets
Project managing new launches and initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum relevant tertiary degree or diploma in marketing/digital marketing
More than 3 years of experience in a similar role
International market experience (advantageous)
Experience in Private Higher Education (advantageous)
Challenger mentality creative, innovative and solutions driven, nontraditional
A good understanding of brand and marketing principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinking
Exhibit the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side; able to demonstrate why ideas are analytically sound
Strong leadership and project management skills
