    Description
    Essential Medical Guidance ) is a fast growing, independent, mobile & web-based platform in the healthcare space.

    We're looking for a motivated, dynamic individual to assist with the administration of the Office as well as be a PA to the CEO and COO of the company.

    Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    Office administration
    Ordering office supplies
    Sales administration as needed
    Business and Personal Assistance to the CEO and COO
    Booking and managing flights and check in's
    Booking accommodation when needed
    Set up meetings; liaise with clients and serve refreshments
    Our company is growing and there would be room to expand and learn new skills.

    We would require individuals who believe in the vision and the purpose of the company

    Candidate Requirements
    Skills and Requirements

    Typing skills
    Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
    Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritize
    Familiarity with online calendars and cloud based organisational systems.
    The ability to research and problem solve.
    Strong communication skills (Emails and external communication)
    Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company and personal information
    Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
    Flexibility and adaptability
    The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
    Sound judgement and detail oriented
    Collaboration Skills.
    Personal Effectiveness/Credibility, Tact and diplomacy.
