Shoprite Checkers (House and Home) - Admin Manager (2009-2011) Benedict supervised the administrative department, developed and improved administrative systems, managed supplies and equipment, and organized office events.

Trade Center - Administration Manager (2007-2009) Benedict planned and coordinated administrative procedures, managed personnel, information flow, schedules, budgets, facilities, and office activities.

ABSA Bank - Bulk Teller (2006-2008) Benedict's responsibilities included assisting with store policies, banking, cash counting and balancing, note verification, administrative tasks, and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
