As I have worked as a legal secretary and typist at a reputable specialist law firm in Cape Town CBD, namely Malcolm Lyons & Brivik Inc. I have a passion for lifelong learning and development and pride myself in being a versatile critical and creative thinker.
I am confident in my ability to excel in this role. I believe my background, attention to detail, and dedication to producing high-quality work make me an ideal fit for this position.
During my working period for the past 6 years as a legal typist, I had the opportunity to develop and hone my transcription and proofreading skills. 
I pride myself on my adaptability and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. I am a fast learner when it comes to using transcription software, and I am confident that I can become proficient in your in-house. I have been out and around professionally, as I had to start working asba waiter so as to fund my studies. I have grown in the legal secretarial position, having worked for 9 years and later found the love for accounting after being introduced to bookkeeping which I  gained experience from at Malcolm Lyons and Brivi  Inc, working for 7 months. 

I am currently studying BCom in Accounting at UNISA, and hoping to finish as early as possibly so as to enable me to embark on this accounting career.
