Experience
I began as an Early years Teacher/Assistant Supervisor and had earned a promotion to Manager after a year. When the second school was launched, I was appointed Manager for both branches. As the Manager and Stand-In teacher of two early years center sites, I led a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-6, ensuring compliance with curriculum frameworks and regulatory standards, I effectively managed day to day operations including staff supervision, parent communication and resource allocation, while also teaching and engaging with children to promote tie learning and development. Through my leadership and teaching expertise, I maintained a nurturing and inclusive environment that fostered children’s growth, curiosity and creativity.
As a Racing Stable, Office and Stable Manager, I successfully oversaw the daily operations of a professional racing stable, ensuring the smooth management of administrative task, horse care, and team supervision. Supporting the Trainer, I coordinated horse training, racing schedules, and veterinary care, while also handling financial management, marketing and client communications. Through my expertise and attention to detail, I maximized efficiency, productivity, and profitability, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in the racing industry.
As a General Manager at a tyre fitment shop, I helped launch and thereafter, oversaw daily operations, lead a team of technicians and sales staff, and implemented strategies to drive sales growth and customers satisfaction. I managed inventory control, ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintained high standards of quality and safety. Through effective leadership and process improvements, I increased efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced the overall customer experience.
As a Business Development Manager, I drive growth and revenue through strategic market analysis, relationship building and innovative solution implementation.
