R28000 inclusive of Company Medical Aid and Provident Fund as well as Bonus annually
The Ideal candidate will possess:
Key areas of performance ( not limited to);
Act as a first point of contact for staff, suppliers and external clients/visitors, Offer and prepare refreshments for visitors and clients, ensuring the boardrooms and general office area is tidy at all times, Support the Office Manager in ensuring the office is maintained and coordinating efficiently - ordering stationary and maintaining all office equipment,Assist the Receptionist when required in managing and transferring incoming calls, taking messages accurately and passing them on to the relevant staff member/department,liaise with couriers, receiving,organising and distributing mail/deliveries,Support the team with planning and coordinating events.
