    Description

    Sagen Advisory Recruitment company is recruiting a highly capable Tax Administrator. The candidate will be part of a vibrant team and obtain exposure to a wide array of projects and advanced technical concepts.

    The ideal candidate loves learning, problem-solving, and the opportunity to contribute to a high-growth business. The firm provides a culture that has freedom if the candidate takes ownership of their work. The candidate must be a registered Tax Practitioner.

    The role is office based in Stellenbosch however, this client provides flexibility based on individual circumstances.

    Duties will include:

    1. SARS objections/disputes/remittances.
    2. Tax Clearance applications.
    3. Ceasing of SA residency for non-residence.
    4. Income tax, VAT, and PAYE registrations and de-registrations.
    5. SARS verifications.
    6. SARS follow-ups.
    7. SARS general communication.
    8. Attending SARS appointments.
    9. Dealing with clients and client queries.

    Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

    1. Degree in Taxation, Finance, or equivalent.
    2. Registered Tax Practitioner.
    3. Five years experience in tax administration.
