Minimum Requirements

  • Matric and relevant financial qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • SARS efiling knowledge and experience is essential
  • Solid knowledge of SARS regulations, policies, procedures and turnaround times
  • Proficient in English
  • Working Hours (08h15 to 16h45 Mon-Thurs & 08h15 16h00 Frid)
  • Must have reliable transport arrangements
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadline driven
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Duties:


  • Maintenance of efiling profile
  • Maintenance of client electronic files
  • Registering entitys representative with SARS
  • Update Banking details
  • Update registered details and keeping clients details up to date with SARS
  • Submission of supporting documentation
  • Maintaining a query register, ensuring all correspondence is appropriately recorded and addressed
  • Follow up on Objections, RFRs etc, in compliance with the Tax Administration Act
  • Assist with SARS and general tax queries
  • Assist with general ad hoc tax tasks
This position will offer a monthly salary that will be negotiable, based on required skills, experience and track record.
