Our client a Legan company in Stellenbosch is looking for a Legal Administrator to start as soon as possible.


Requirements:


  • Min 2 years' experience as a secretary/paralegal/legal admin assistant within a legal practice or related industry
  • Experience with trust and commercial law will be an advantage
  • FAIS and FICA compliance
  • High level of attention to detail
Strong computer skills and able to competently work on excel and word

  • Excellent communicaton skills verbal and wri6en in both English/Afrikaans
  • Must be a fast learner
  • Be able to work independently, under pressure and to deadline

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with setup of trusts and trust accounts
  • Attending to payment requests
  • Liaise with the Masters office as required
  • Maintain Trust database
  • Opening new files
  • Ensure hard copies and electronic filing is in order
  • Liaising with tax advisors
  • Assist the Fiduciary Specialist / Director as required
  • Attend to general administrative & standin reception duties

Salary:
R R15 000 pm
