    Accounts Clerk - Intercompany ( P11 )

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Sappi is looking for a suitable candidate to record all company transactions for Sappi Southern Africa and Sappi Limited, confirm intercompany balances and arrange settlement of these balances on a monthly basis.


    REPORTING TO:

    GL ACCOUNTANT

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
    Process intercompany charges/recoveries and submit debit/credit notes to the relevant business units
    Confirm intercompany account balances
    Settle all intercompany accounts
    Prepare relevant general ledger reconciliations for review
    Create invoices for all Sappi SA sundry sales
    Ad-hoc Accounting and Admin duties

    REQUIRED KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS

    REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
    Matric and studying towards an Accounting Diploma or Degree
    At least 2 years' experience in an Accounting office
    MS Excel
