Processing of invoices on Accounting software with knowledge and understanding of correct allocations.- Understanding of Creditor/Debtor Reconciliations
- Experience and knowledge of VAT
- Skilled in administrative tasks
- Experience with Microsoft suit
- Understanding of data privacy standards; integrity; honesty
- Attention to detail
- Deadline Driven
- Selfmotivation and time management
- Capturing of the bank statements
- Monthly Journals
- Monthly Billing, etc
- Preparation Petty Cash and Credit Cards Recons
- Various other adhoc duties as required and requested by the manager
- Must be computer literate
- Must have accuracy in calculations
- Good communication skills
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Salary:
R5 000,00 - R7 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Berea, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
