    Bank Clerk
    Accounts

    Leading Sports Fashion Retail Store with outlets Countrywide has a vacancy for an experienced Bank Clerk at their Head Office in Sandton.

    The Bank Clerk will be responsible for recording of bank deposits from all stores Countrywide and balancing against Bank Statements with the use of Excel Pivot Tables and careful analysis of recorded results.

    The Bank Clerk will

    Recieve deposit figures from all stores daily which must be captured on Excell spreadsheets using Pivot Tables.
    Deposits musts be scrutinised and the Bank Clerk must be on the lookout for any fraudulent activity.
    Bank statements will only be received - 3 days later.
    These must also be recorded on excel spreadsheet using Pivot Tables and
    Analised to establish if deposits were actually received by the Bank.
    Any discrepancies must be reported immediately to HOD
    Always be on the lookout for mismanagement of money

    Experience:
    1-2 years experience as a Bank Clerk using Advanced Excel


    Qualifications:
    Matric Certificate with Accounting
    Advanced Excel Certificate
