-7 years -Customer Services Clerk and Teller

-Assist clients with all their banking problems

-Open accounts, print bank statements, EFT payments, stop orders and debit order loading

-Open and close the branch, second holder of teller combination pins for safes and vaults

-Treasury and atm custodian 

Bidvest Bank 

-6 months - Foreign Exchange Teller

-Buy and sell of foreign currencies at the airport & Money Gram receiving and sending

-Cash counts, daily balancing, cash management and atm loading and clearing

Tower Foreign Exchange

-5 years Foreign Exchange Consultant

- Buy and sell foreign currencies & WU money transfers as per Excon rulings

-Keeping updated by reading the SARB circulars and internal procedures

-Open and close the office, cash counts, and end-of-day balancing and safely lock cash away 

-Changing of combination keys when due, ensure camera are fully functional and recording daily

-Ensure all required trading certificates are properly displayed and updated if need be

-Ensure annual servicing of branch fire extinguishers, alarm testing and functionality of cameras

-Branch cash limit management (order, clear and arrange delivery with SBV)

-Ensuring foreign cash is cleared when the rate is good for the company

-Manually update rate board and adjust rates on the system 

-Buying office stationery, staff refreshments and cleaning supplies
