    Food & Beverage Manager

    Responsible for overseeing all food and beverage production and services at the club. This role involves managing a team of chefs, duty managers, and other outlet managers to ensure the needs of club members and guests are consistently exceeded. The Food & Beverage Manager is also responsible for budget planning, staff hiring and training, and implementing marketing strategies.

    Job Tasks:
    • Develop operating budgets for revenue outlets and monitor performance to achieve budget goals
    • Provide orientation and training for staff, as well as professional development opportunities
    • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and other standards
    • Implement cost control procedures and approve marketing activities
    • Manage staffing needs, menu approval, and quality standards
    • Adhere to legal requirements and develop policies and procedures
    • Research new products and analyze cost benefits
    • Monitor purchasing and receiving procedures
    • Review food preparation techniques to optimize guest satisfaction
    • Consult with team members and club administrators
    • Develop wine lists and training programs
    • Minimize breakage and waste, address complaints, and promote club functions
