- Work collaboratively with the Creative Director, art directors, copywriters, and account managers to develop creative concepts and strategies for integrated marketing campaigns
- Translate client briefs and objectives into compelling visual solutions that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Produce high-quality creative assets including print ads, digital banners, social media content, videos, and experiential activations
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance campaign concepts and execution
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of our work
- Present and articulate creative concepts and designs to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to execute campaign deliverables within budget and timeline constraints
- 5 years of experience in a creative role at an advertising agency or similar environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across various channels and mediums
- Excellent design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and composition
