Criteria:


  • Grade 12,Postmatric studies,
  • Portfolio/ proven 3year+ Technical and Intruder Alarm Sales,
  • Responsible Independent, Motivated and Dependable,
  • Excellent English speaking, reading and business writing,
  • Computer literacy, and Customer Relations Management Systems,
  • Confidence, Good interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent organising skills and selfdiscipline,
  • Light passenger vehicle drivers' licence and own roadworthy vehicle,
  • RSA citizen with clean record and history, Additional languages preferable.

Duties:


  • Record keeping,
  • Conducting security assessments and making adequate recommendations to mitigate risk,
  • Closing sales, Daily targetdriven sales
  • Presenting products & services,
  • Designing recommended security systems and providing clients with quotations,
  • Completing physical and online forms,
  • Marketing activities, Daily and weekly reporting.
  • Client liaison,
  • Ensuring job cards are issued and that clients are satisfied,
  • Presenting services and Lead Generation,
  • Completing forms, Marketing activities and working on company customer relations management system.

Package:
Starting package: R7000 basic salary, R4000 fuel & airtime/data package with commission structure.


Targets:


  • R120,000 net sales to unlock target bonus and 3% commission of sales thereafter.
  • 15 new technical sales per month.
  • 20 alarm monitoring linkups per month.

Contract:
Initial service level agreement duration 3 months.


Place of work:
Amalgam, Johannesburg/ remote within company operating areas.

Interviews:

Successful Applicants who meet the criteria and interview requirements will be invited to attend a three-day induction and training program prior to commencement.


Starting date: 20 March 2023.


Salary:
R7, R7,500.00 per month
