    Description
    We are seeking a FreelanceArt Director to join our Creative Department.


    • The compensation offered is R56,550 per month before tax for a duration of three months.
    • The position requires on-site presence three days per week at our agency located in Sandton.

    As a Creative Team Member, you will collaborate with fellow creatives, copywriters, and account managers to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.

    You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and contribute your creative ideas to drive impactful results for our clients.

    Responsibilities:


    • Work collaboratively with the Creative Director, art directors, copywriters, and account managers to develop creative concepts and strategies for integrated marketing campaigns
    • Translate client briefs and objectives into compelling visual solutions that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
    • Produce high-quality creative assets including print ads, digital banners, social media content, videos, and experiential activations
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance campaign concepts and execution
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of our work
    • Present and articulate creative concepts and designs to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed
    • Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to execute campaign deliverables within budget and timeline constraints

    Requirements



    • 5 years of experience in a creative role at an advertising agency or similar environment
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across various channels and mediums
    • Excellent design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and composition
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and ideas
    • Passion for creativity, innovation, and storytelling, with a desire to push boundaries and challenge the status quo
