    Description

    You will be the go-to person in the very busy, but relaxed creative environment where your advanced administrative and organisational skills will be relied on. Happy space to work in but the role is for a strong candidate that can get things done.

    Requirements and Duties:

    • Matric and well presented as you will work with clients on a daily basis
    • Answering phone calls and make phone calls - take messages
    • Receiving clients/visitors
    • Managing correspondence eg E-mails
    • Excellent command of English - written and verbal
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Maintain calendars
    • Making travel arrangements
    • Arrange Zoom/Teams meetings
    • Prepare communications, such as e-mails, quotations, invoices, statements and other correspondence
    • Maintaining the filing systemem
    • Placing orders
    • Manage Payments
    • Request quotations or invoices from suppliers, manufacturers and more
    • Daily liaison with manufacturers and suppliers
    • Run errands from time to time
    • Prepare refreshments ehn expecting visitors/clients

    COMPUTER LITERATE:

    • MS Word, Excel and Outlook
    • ZOOM
    • Microsoft TEAMS
    • Setting up virtual meetings, including uploading all relevant documents relating to the meeting
    • Preparing meeting agendas and sending off prior to the meeting
    • Sourcing and saving images from the internet for sharing with clients/manufacturers
    • Transferring images from a Tablet to the PC Desktop - to be filed in the appropriate folders
    • Creating spreadsheets
    • Creating quotations, invoices and statements
    • Creating specification sheets for custom-manufactured articles and written specifications per arfticle
    • Ability to scan documents
    • Knowledge of INSTAGRAM postings
    • Ability to use LINKED-IN
    • PINTEREST
