    Description

    HR Administrator - Cape Town CBD - R10 000 Per Month

    5-month contract

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Recruitment & Selection:

    Place online adverts for Head Office vacancies.

    Shortlist candidates and submit to Line Managers.

    Assist in scheduling interviews and confirmations.

    Support pre-employment checks and submit results.

    Assist with reference checks and produce dummy payslips.

    Training & Development:

    Send training reminders and set up sessions.

    Manage staff induction training materials.

    Ensure accurate training attendance records.

    Coordinate training room setup and preparation.

    Oversee online skills training sessions.

    Assist with training content consolidation.

    Personnel Administration:

    Serve as HR queries first point of contact.

    Maintain and file job descriptions and documentation.

    Ensure availability of HR documentation.

    Update and circulate departmental organograms.

    Create personnel files and notify relevant parties.

    Prepare and circulate disciplinary warning templates.

    Disciplinary / IR Administration:

    Assist in note-taking at hearings.

    Manage CCMA correspondence and attend proceedings.

    Time and Attendance (T&A):

    Manage and update T&A records.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources Management or related field (preferred).

    Previous experience in HR administration or related roles.

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

    Familiarity with HRIS software (desired).

    Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
