    Description

    Hire Resolve's client, a leading company in the food production industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain and Planning Manager to join their team based in the Western Cape. As the Supply Chain and Planning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, factory scheduling, capacity planning, and distribution. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain processes and drive operational efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management and planning
    • Demonstrated experience in the food production industry is highly preferred
    • Proven track record in developing and implementing supply chain strategies to drive operational efficiency
    • Must have experience in Factory Scheduling, Demand Planning, and Capacity Planning
    • Experience in leading and developing a supply chain team
    • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Experience in Syspro and Microsoft Office Suite
