    Description

    RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Planning Manager/Planner to join a well-established company in Ottery specializing in Liquids Packaging. As the Planning Manager/Planner, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective production plans to meet customer demands and optimize efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

    Responsibilities

    • Create production plans based on customer requirements, inventory levels, and production capacity
    • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure availability of materials and timely delivery of finished goods
    • Monitor and analyze production performance and make necessary adjustments to meet targets and optimize efficiency
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly
    • Implement and maintain production planning systems and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
    • Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process
    • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
    • Proven experience as a Planning Manager/Planner in the Liquids Packaging industry
    • Strong knowledge of production planning principles and techniques
    • Proficiency in using planning software and ERP systems
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    Benefits

    • Salary: R420K/yr - R600K/yr, negotiable
