    An opportunity exists for an Audit Operations Assistant. The position requires the successful candidate to form an important part of the diversely talented, highly experience team and work at the forefront of high-profile transactions, delivering high quality advice to our clients.

    Position overview:

  • Assisting the Director with operational duties
  • Providing support to international clients via various communication mediums and in person
  • Providing weekly updates to clients on employee movements
  • Liaising with employee and international managers about operational requirements
  • Prioritizing workflow and staff allocations
  • Distributing and archiving confidential files and documents
  • Tracking and reviewing employee timesheets
  • Cashflow management

    Requirements
  • Be a South African citizen
  • Completed traineeship - audit elective
  • BCom Accounting degree (non negotiable)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Be able to work under pressure with above average organization and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Set high standards with regards to quality of work
  • Strong sense of integrity
  • Strong work ethic
  • Structured and systematic
