    Responsibilities:

    • Clean and tidy guest rooms to the hotel's standard, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.
    • Perform tasks such as making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities to maintain the highest quality of cleanliness.
    • Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, providing fresh towels and toiletries for the comfort of our guests.
    • Address guest requests or concerns promptly, displaying a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
    • Report any damages or repairs needed to maintain the integrity of our facilities.
    • Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and promptly report any shortages to ensure a seamless workflow.
    • Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines at all times to create a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is highly desirable.
    • Reliability and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.
    • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail to uphold our high standards of cleanliness.
    • Excellent communication skills to address guest requests and collaborate with the team.
