Description

188+ room high end Hotel in Cape Town is looking for an Executive Housekeeper.

This role is responsible for the overall Housekeeping deliverables of a large 4/5* establishment and includes:

Planning
Budgets
Staff and Project Management as well as the Hospitality Maintenance Department
Housekeeping covers all Hospitality outlets including Hotel, Spa, restaurant & bistro.

Requirements:

Minimum Education Matric
Additional Qualifications Hospitality Qualification preferable
Minimum Work Experience 5 years experience in the same role in a similar 5* environment
Outlook suite proficient
Opera Software proficient
Ability to combine strong analytical skills with business knowledge
Excellence in planning and execution
Results orientated
Ability to develop and evolve longterm strategies while driving tactical projects
Ability to optimize operational efficiencies (both in terms of time and process management)
Firstrate communication skills (both written and verbal)
Where required upskills incumbent employees and/or suppliers with progressive industry knowledge
