Description
A busy, full-service 4* hotel is seeking to appoint an experienced, dynamic Executive Housekeeper.Requirements:
- 710 years experience in Housekeeping, minimum 3 years experience in a Management role
- A hospitalityrelated qualification is highly advantageous
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Management and Leadership skills (must be able to positively lead a Housekeeping team successfully, including but not limited to rostering, training, motivating, and disciplining as and when necessary)
- Computer literate
- MS Office
- Must have a passion for cleanliness and standards
- Reporting experience and ability to manage departmental costs
- Solid stock take experience
- Ability to work early & late shifts as well as MOD shifts on rotation
- Own reliable transport
