    Luxury Car Rental Company | Permanent Position | Start ASAP |

    Working Hours:
    Monday - Friday: 08H00 to 17H00 (Every 2nd Saturday and Sunday - 5 Hour Shifts)
    RENTAL SALES AGENT / ADMINISTRATOR | LUXURY CAR RENTAL COMPANY | CAPE TOWN AIRPORT

    BASIC SALARY OF R PER MONTH | PERMANENT POSITION |

    WORKING HOURS:
    MONDAY –


    FRIDAY:
    08H00 TO 17H00 (EVERY 2ND SATURDAY AND SUNDAY – 5 HOUR SHIFTS)

    We are looking for someone with EXCELLENT ADMINISTRATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Ideally within the Travel & Tourism or Hospitality industry.


    REQUIREMENTS:
    Matric
    Have proven administrative record (must have worked in a busy office with a wide range of responsibilities)
    Driver's license and own reliable car (Car must be registered in your name) | PDP - to be obtained
    Able to work required hours
    Computer literacy in email, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
    Previous experience in Wizard and AS400 is an advantage
    Excellent communication skills - verbal
    Good written, planning and problem solving abilities
    Able to work independantly and unsupervised to meet all deadlines
    Ensure the companies standards are met or exceeded at all times
    Meet and exceed Customer Survery Index targets for Luxury Cars
    Inputting all figures with precision


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Answering main phone number to customers, suppliers and Avis central reservations
    Creating orders for suppliers and inputting the invoice once received to finalise payment
    Looking up information with regards to reservations and billing for Luxury Cars & Chauffeur Drive customers
    Assisting with pulling invoices for customer queries
    Inputting in Exel

    Daily fuel amounts for Luxury Cars & Chauffeur Drive
    Daily hours worked for 30 staff members
    Monthly filing

    Of creditors invoices
    Of customer rental agreements for Luxury Cars & Chauffeur Drive
    Time sheets
    Other similar type paperwork
    Responsible for

    Monitoring and order of all supplies for wash bay, stationery, chemicals, refreshments
    Tidiness of the general office
    Tidiness of cupboards, filing and storeroom
    Taking minutes at the meetings
    Co ordinating the training when it is scheduled
    Updating the notice board
    Knowing exactly what is going on from a business point of view and communicating with the staff when required
    Organising the cleaning of the office via the contracted cleaning staff
