- Manage the strategic direction of brand to drive penetration and build salience.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers and consumers via service, product portfolio, and community engagement.
- Source brand activation tools and communication touch-points from suppliers in line with procurement policy.
- Coordinate elements required by suppliers to meet key timing milestones.
- Engage with stakeholders for status updates and effective delivery of brand campaign and activation elements.
- Gather insights and collate trade feedback to support the marketing team.
- Monitor and report brand activation expenditure to ensure it does not exceed budget.
- Conduct post-activation evaluations to determine implementation effectiveness and return.
- Monitor the use of the Cool Ideas brand at events, sponsorships, and promotions for consistent application and visibility.
- Grade 12 essential.
- 1-3 years of experience in brand management, retail marketing, and sales.
- Own transport.
