    Description

    Cool Ideas, leading ISP in Rosebank Johannesburg requires an Activations & Marketing Assistant to join our teamResponsibilities and duties:

    1. This position is responsible for managing the strategic direction of brand to drive penetration and build salience.
    2. Build meaningful relationships with customer and consumers via service, product portfolio as well as the communities we serve through an array of marketing initiatives. Identify consumer-centric growth opportunities for the brand to ensure its status as a leading Fibre ISP.
    3. Ensure all the required brand activation tools and communication touch-points defined in the brand operational plan are sourced effectively from various suppliers including quotations, in line with procurement policy to meet required key milestones.
    4. Responsible for co-ordination of elements required by suppliers to meet key timing milestones to ensure on-time, in full delivery to depots of all elements before new cycle starts. For this role you would need to be in office in Rosebank.
    5. Stakeholder Internal and External engagement to ensure status updates of ETA and the effective delivery of brand campaign and activation elements with required quality, on time and agreed costs. For this role you would need to be in the office in Rosebank.
    6. Gathering Insights and collation of trade feedback to provide support to the marketing team to deliver an effective campaign to meet objectives and assist in co-ordination required actions
    7. Actively monitor and report brand activation expenditure through updating of trackers to ensure it does not exceed budget defined in operational brand plan.
    8. Conduct post activation evaluations on all promotional and marketing activations to determine implementation effectiveness and return.
    9. Monitor the use of the Cool Ideas brands at events, sponsorships, and promotions for consistent application and visibility, ensuring compliance according to CI, standards, policies, and procedures.

    The Ideal Candidate for This Role Will Have:

    1. Grade 12 essential.
    2. 1 – 3 years of experience in brand management, retail marketing and sales.
    3. Own transport.
