    Operations Manager (Retail) required for a leading retail company based in East London

    • Requirements / Qualifications:
    • Minimum 5 years in retail management / operations retail experience essential
    • Strong administration skills
    • Knowledge of different cuts of meat within the butchery department
    • Must be willing to travel within the Transkei region when required
    • Recipe Costings
    • Develop & implement processes to improve operational efficiency
    • Knowledge of store operations & customer service standards
    • Excellent leadership, communication, & organizational skills
    • Develop strategies to maximize sales
    • Overseeing of all servicing departments in retail stores
    • Working to strict deadlines & company policies
