    Company Overview:

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the heavy machinery sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and a deep understanding of the heavy machinery industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
    • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and foster a culture of success.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and industry stakeholders to identify business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
    • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance, measure KPIs, and provide insights to senior management.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
