I am a communications professional with Five years of professional call center experience. In my current position as a Sales Call Centre Team Leader I oversee a room of 6 - 10 employees provide training on telephone sales techniques monitor calls for effectiveness and provide coaching to call center staff.  I possess a calm disposition and an ability to get along well with people from all walks of life. My communication skills allow me to explain concepts to employees in a manner that is understandable and to deal with sensitive issues diplomatically. I worked at IIE Rosebank College for 5 years I worked in the sales department I worked as a sales Team leader for 3 years managing a team of 5 to 10 individuals, my main duties were to forecast sales and set targets i also ran different projects within the brand to enhance and better the student experience and customer service 

I have matric Grade 12 I passed with admission to bachelor, I completed NQF level 6 in financial managemen, I completed foundation management program 1 and 2, I started the bachelor in business administration however did not complete it.
