    Job Description

    We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us grow our IT teams.

    Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled contractors for our IT projects.

    Responsibilities:
    • Write and post technical job descriptions.
    • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
    • Parse specialised skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
    • Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants' abilities.
    • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
    • Coordinate with Operations to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
    • Craft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
    • Onboard new hires
    • Promote company's reputation as a great place to work.
    • Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.


    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
    • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured).
    • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
    • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or IT (advantageous).




    Requirements
    1st and 2nd Line Mobile Communication Support: Create and deploy images for all mobile devices. Provide ongoing maintenance support for hardware and software. Creatively resolve issues related to mobile communications. Handle email-related inquiries. Offer 1st and 2nd line assistance as required. Ensure prompt response to calls and escalate when necessary. 1st and 2nd Line Maintenance and Application Software Support: Resolve end-user problems promptly. Escalate unresolved issues appropriately. Update and close service desk calls efficiently. Perform software upgrades and installations. Configure and maintain all software applications. Conduct software maintenance and desktop imaging. Scope of Work: Assist in clearing ICT equipment in Members of Parliament's offices. Support the roll-out, training, and ongoing support of Members' ICT equipment. Provide technical support as needed by the ICT team.
