Technical Recruiter (Contract -to-Hire) - International
ITC Worldwide actively seeks a talented International Recruiter located in LATAM or EMEA.
Technical & Sales Recruiting/Onboarding Experience required.
The role is based in any ITC Officesworldwide.
Job Overview
We are seeking a talented, customer focused recruiter with technical sourcing experience, and passion for customer service. Successful recruiters utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics while prioritizing to meet hiring targets.
Responsibilities
- Perform the sourcing, recruitment, advertising, onboarding, and relocation activities for international and/or domestic staffing
- Partner with global teams to build effective sourcing strategies from the Americas with an ability to manage expectations with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers
- Collect and analyze information relevant to assigned area; proposes solutions to complex problems by reviewing, interpreting and evaluating available data
- Perform activities within assigned area such as implementation and maintenance of specialized systems or programs, databases, and internal procedures
- Perform special projects, longrange studies, and related activities, which are often technical in nature and may involve several different HR functions
- Perform other duties and participates in special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field of study
- Ability to build relationships by the phone and in person with top tier talent and key stakeholders
- International / global recruiting experience is desired
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
- Understanding of HR theory, the HR Lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, etc.)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations affecting assigned area
- Must be able to comprehend and communicate accurately, clearly and concisely in English
- Must be able to assist / coordinate on vendor management activities
- Must have proven track record of outofthebox thinking
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills are required
