    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, review and refine in consultation with EXCO the Companys business strategy, execute the strategy and obtain a leading position in the marketplace.
    • Working with the management team to satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities.
    • Be the chief ambassador for the Company, ensuring that the company is well-positioned in the public marketplace and building relationships and credibility with stakeholders.
    • Be the primary spokesperson for the Company.
    • Provide high-level tactical leadership to the Board and the management team.
    • Motivate a high performance, innovative and results-driven organization.
    • Develop performance measurements and ensure these metrics are achieved

    Requirements

    • Qualified CA (SA) + LLB
    • 10 years of MD/CEO experience in the Food/FMCG Industry
    • Advanced Excel skills/experience
    • Financial/Marketing and Sales acumen
    • Operational Management experience
    • Must be fully vaccinated
    • Only SA Citizens will be considered
