    Job Description:
    Auto24 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Finance and Insurance Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in facilitating finance and insurance solutions for our customers, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience throughout the purchasing process.

    Duties & Responsibilities(but not limited to)

    • Collaborate with customers to understand their financing, insurance or rental needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Guide customers through the financing and insurance application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Work closely with financial institutions and insurance providers to secure competitive rates and terms for customers.
    • Educate customers on available financing, rental and insurance options, including warranties and protection plans.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to automotive financing and insurance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, insurance providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Assist in resolving customer concerns or issues related to financing and insurance.

    Requirements

    Experience & Qualification

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive dealership working in finance and insurance.
    • Strong understanding of automotive financing and insurance products, processes, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in financial software and computer applications.
    • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to continuously learn and grow.
    • Grade 12
    • Tertiary qualification (Degree or diploma)
    • Must be able to perform against Targets
    • NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAISCredits (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
    • RE Accreditation (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
    • NCA Accreditation (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
    • CPD Hours up to Date for all Cycles
    • COB Completed
    • Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
